ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
Fish
- 🐟 100g sashimi-grade yellowtail
Herbs
- 3 shiso leaves
Marinade
- 2 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 2 tbsp water
ШАГИ
Mix mentsuyu, sesame oil, grated ginger, and water in a bowl. Add the yellowtail and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Cut off the stems of the shiso leaves and slice them into thin strips.
Place the cooked rice in a bowl, top with the marinated yellowtail and sliced shiso leaves.
