    • 🥛 100cc milk
    • 🧈 10g salted butter
    • 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
  • Meat Sauce Seasoning

    • 🍅 200g canned diced tomatoes
    • 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
    • A pinch of black pepper
    • 1 tsp consomme powder
    • 💧 50cc water
    • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • Garnish

    • 🥖 6 slices of baguette
    • 🌿 Chopped parsley, as needed

Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak in water to remove excess starch. Mince the onion, carrot, and garlic.

Boil the potatoes in a pot with enough water to cover them for about 7 minutes or until a skewer easily pierces through. Drain and return to the pot, stirring over medium heat to remove excess moisture.

Mash the potatoes until smooth, then mix in the milk, butter, and salt to create the mashed potatoes.

In a microwave-safe container, combine the ground meat, onion, carrot, garlic, and all the meat sauce seasonings. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. Stir, then microwave uncovered for another 5 minutes.

Layer the mashed potatoes and meat sauce in a serving dish. Garnish with parsley and serve with baguette slices.
