Protein
- 🍗 4 chicken tenderloins
- 🧀 2 slices of processed cheese
- 30g mentaiko
Coating
- sufficient amount of flour
- 🥚 1 egg
- sufficient amount of breadcrumbs
Cooking Oil
- sufficient amount of salad oil
ШАГИ
Remove the tendons from the chicken tenderloins and slice them open horizontally.
Cut the cheese slices in half. Place one half of the cheese and 1/4 of the mentaiko on each tenderloin, then roll them up tightly.
Coat the chicken rolls in flour, then dip them in beaten egg, and finally cover them with breadcrumbs.
Deep-fry the rolls in 170°C oil until golden brown.
