    • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
    • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Mentaiko Cream Dip

    • 1/2 mentaiko (25g)
    • 3 pieces cream cheese (54g)
    • 1.5 tbsp unsweetened yogurt
    • 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
    • Pinch of pepper
