- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (400g)
Protein
- 1 pack of natto with sauce
- 1 piece of mentaiko (50g)
Vegetables
- 5cm of nagaimo (125g)
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- White sesame seeds, as needed
- Shredded nori, as needed
ШАГИ
Place nagaimo in a plastic bag and crush it with a rolling pin until finely mashed. Cut open the mentaiko and extract the roe.
Mix natto with the included sauce until fluffy.
Serve cooked rice in bowls, top with natto, mashed nagaimo, mentaiko, green onion, sesame seeds, and shredded nori.
