ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 🐖 100g thinly sliced pork belly
Tofu
- 🧈 1 block silken tofu
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- A pinch of dashi powder
ШАГИ
Cut the tofu into 8 equal pieces. Slice the green onion diagonally. Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (☆) in a microwave-safe container. Add the pork and mix well, then let it sit for 5 minutes.
Add the tofu and green onion to the container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Remove the container, mix the ingredients, and microwave again at 600W for another 3 minutes or until the pork is fully cooked.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
