    • 🧀 30g pizza cheese

    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 1 tsp soy sauce

    • 1/2 tsp doubanjiang

Slice the cabbage into thin strips and place it in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp water. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let cool and squeeze out excess water.

Cut the fried tofu in half along the longer side and open it into a pouch.

Mix the seasoning ingredients (mirin, soy sauce, miso, doubanjiang) in a bowl, then toss the cabbage in the mixture.

Stuff each tofu pouch with the seasoned cabbage and pizza cheese, securing the opening with a toothpick. Repeat to make 4 stuffed tofu pieces.

Place the stuffed tofu on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Bake in a toaster oven for 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
