  • Meat

    • 100g ground meat (beef and pork mix)
  • Vegetables

    • 1 bell pepper, diced
    • 🧅 1/4 onion, diced
    • 2 shiso leaves, torn
  • Seasonings

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
    • 1/2 tbsp miso
    • 1/2 tsp grated ginger

Cut the bell pepper in half, remove seeds and stem, and dice into 2cm pieces. Dice the onion into 2cm pieces.

In a microwave-safe container, mix ground meat with the seasonings (sake, sugar, miso, and ginger). Add the diced vegetables, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4–5 minutes until the meat is cooked. Stir to break up the meat and mix well. Add torn shiso leaves and mix again.

Serve cooked rice in a bowl, top with the meat and vegetable mixture.
