ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) of cooked rice
- 🐟 1/2 can (95g) of miso mackerel
- 1 pack of natto
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 🧄 1/3 tsp of grated garlic
- 1/3 tsp of grated ginger
Topping
- 🧅 A small amount of chopped green onion
- A small amount of shichimi togarashi
ШАГИ
In a frying pan, add the miso mackerel (including the liquid) and the seasonings (soy sauce, garlic, ginger). Heat over medium heat, breaking up the mackerel while cooking until the liquid evaporates.
Add the natto to the pan and stir-fry until well combined.
Serve the cooked mixture over a bowl of rice, garnish with chopped green onion, and sprinkle with shichimi togarashi.
