    • 3cm (90g) daikon, sliced thinly

    • 🌱 3 slices ginger, thinly sliced
  • Seasoning

    • 1.5 tbsp miso
  • Broth

    • 💧 350ml water
    • 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder

In a pot, add water, dashi powder, ginger, and the canned mackerel along with its liquid. Break the mackerel into rough chunks. Heat over medium until boiling, then add daikon, carrot, and green onion. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
