ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork shoulder
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch mizuna, chopped
Condiments
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 150ml water
Toppings
- 🌰 To taste white sesame seeds
ШАГИ
Cut the mizuna into bite-sized pieces.
Add all the condiments (soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken stock powder, and water) into a pot and heat over medium heat until boiling.
Add the pork slices to the boiling mixture, skim off any foam, and cook until the pork is fully cooked.
Add the chopped mizuna and stir until it is cooked through. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
