ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag mizuna
- 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Meat
- 100g pork slices
Condiments
- 80g kimchi, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- White sesame seeds to garnish
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
ШАГИ
Cut the mizuna into bite-sized pieces, slice the onion thinly, and roughly chop the kimchi.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork, grated garlic, and grated ginger, and stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add onion and shimeji mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry until the onion becomes tender.
Add kimchi and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes. Then, add sake, sugar, and soy sauce, and mix well.
Add mizuna and stir-fry briefly. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper. Serve on a plate and garnish with white sesame seeds.
