- 25g molokhia leaves
Egg
- 🥚 3 eggs
Condiment
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp concentrated soy sauce
Oil
- 1/2 tsp salad oil
ШАГИ
Remove molokhia leaves, boil them in salted water for 1 minute, then rinse under cold water. Squeeze out excess water and chop finely.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in mayonnaise, soy sauce, and chopped molokhia until well combined.
Heat a tamagoyaki pan with salad oil over medium heat. Pour 1/3 of the egg mixture into the pan, cook until set, then roll and push to one side. Repeat twice more. Slice into bite-sized pieces to serve.
