- 🍄 10 mushrooms
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 1 chili pepper
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
Oil
- 200 ml olive oil
Herbs
- Chopped Italian parsley, to taste
ШАГИ
Cut the garlic in half lengthwise and remove the core. Trim the chili pepper and remove the seeds.
In a frying pan, combine garlic, chili pepper, salt, and olive oil. Heat over medium heat until the garlic aroma is released.
Add the mushrooms and cook for 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally, until softened and cooked through. Turn off the heat and sprinkle with chopped Italian parsley.
