ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 🍄 1 pack king oyster mushrooms
- 🥚 1 egg (use only the white)
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 dried chilies
- 1 green chili
- 1 red chili
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp chili oil

Prepare all ingredients. Use only the egg white. Optionally, add green onions for extra flavor.
Cut king oyster mushrooms into large chunks for a more appetizing look.
Slice chilies thinly, garlic into slices, and break dried chilies into small pieces.
Coat the mushroom pieces evenly with egg white. Shake in a plastic bag for convenience.
Add cornstarch to the mushrooms and shake again to coat evenly.
Heat a pan with 1/2 cup vegetable oil evenly distributed.
Fry the coated mushrooms until crispy, about 8 minutes on one side and 6 minutes on the other.
Remove the fried mushrooms from the pan and set aside.
Turn off the heat and add sauce ingredients, chilies, and garlic to the residual heat in the pan.
Once the sauce thickens slightly, add the fried mushrooms and toss to coat evenly.
Serve the Mushroom Kanpunggi hot and enjoy!
