ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 1 piece mochi, sliced thin
- 40g mentaiko
- 200g grated nagaimo
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Cheese
- Sufficient amount of pizza cheese
- Sufficient amount of powdered cheese
Garnish
- 🧅 Sufficient amount of chopped green onion
ШАГИ
Slice the mochi thinly and grate the nagaimo into a bowl.
Add mentaiko, mayonnaise, and mentsuyu to the bowl with grated nagaimo. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
Place the sliced mochi in a heatproof dish and pour the nagaimo mixture over it.
Sprinkle pizza cheese and powdered cheese on top. Bake in a toaster oven for 12–15 minutes until the cheese melts and turns golden brown. Garnish with chopped green onion.
