Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Vegetables
- 1 pack nametake mushrooms
- 4 okra pods
- 4 shiso leaves
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can (70g) tuna
Condiments
- 2 umeboshi plums
- 2 tbsp concentrated mentuyu sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ШАГИ
Wash the nametake mushrooms and drain. Place them in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
Sprinkle okra with 1 tsp salt (not included in the ingredient list) and rub on a cutting board. Boil water in a pot, add okra, and cook for 1 minute. Rinse under cold water, drain, and slice into rings.
Thinly slice the shiso leaves. Remove the pits from the umeboshi plums and finely chop them.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (to taste), and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain well.
In a bowl, combine nametake mushrooms, okra, canned tuna, umeboshi, mentuyu sauce, and vinegar. Add the cooked spaghetti and season with salt and pepper. Mix well and serve on a plate, garnished with shiso leaves.
