Dough Ingredients
- 200g strong flour
- 50g cake flour
- 🍬 35g sugar
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥛 105ml milk
- 🧈 75g butter
Decoration Ingredients
- 🥚 Egg wash for brushing
- 🍬 Sugar for sprinkling
ШАГИ
Mix strong flour, cake flour, yeast, and salt in a bowl. Gradually add water while kneading the dough. Let it rise at room temperature for 1 hour.
After the first rise, punch down the dough to release gas. Divide into 10 portions and shape into balls. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes.
Transfer the dough balls to a baking pan and let them rise for 50 minutes for the second proofing.
Brush the surface with egg wash and sprinkle sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
