ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked rice
- 2 packs natto with sauce
- 🥚 2 onsen eggs
- 🥑 1 avocado
- Pinch of white toasted sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
ШАГИ
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, twist to separate, remove the pit and peel, then dice into 1.5cm cubes.
In a bowl, mix the natto with its included sauce, then add the avocado and seasoning ingredients (☆). Mix gently.
Serve the rice in bowls, top with the natto-avocado mixture, place an onsen egg in the center, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
