ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Noodles
- 1 pack of frozen udon noodles
Egg
- 🥚 1 onsen egg
Fermented
- 1 pack of natto with sauce
Condiments
- 1 tbsp nori tsukudani
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Sauce
- 1 tbsp concentrated men tsuyu
- 💧 3 tbsp water
ШАГИ
Microwave the frozen udon noodles according to package instructions, then rinse under cold water and drain. Place in a serving bowl.
Mix the men tsuyu and water in a small container to prepare the dipping sauce.
In a bowl, combine natto, nori tsukudani, natto sauce, and sesame seeds. Mix well and place over the udon noodles.
Top the udon with the onsen egg and sprinkle chopped green onions. Pour the prepared sauce over the dish.
