ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Grains
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (300g)
Meat
- 50g minced pork
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Fermented Foods
- 1 pack of natto
- 60g kimchi
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
Condiments
- 2 tsp yakiniku sauce
- Black pepper to taste
Oils
- 2 tsp salad oil
ШАГИ
Chop the green onion into coarse pieces and cut the kimchi into bite-sized pieces using kitchen scissors.
Heat half the salad oil (1 tsp) in a frying pan over medium heat, add minced pork, and stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add green onion, natto, and kimchi to the pan, stir-fry until the oil coats everything evenly. Add the rice and mix until well combined. Push the mixture to one side of the pan, add yakiniku sauce to the pan edge, and stir everything together. Serve the fried rice on a plate.
Wipe the pan clean with a paper towel, heat the remaining salad oil (1 tsp), and fry the eggs with a lid on until the whites are set. Place the eggs on top of the fried rice and sprinkle with black pepper as desired.
