- 1 pack natto with sauce
Vegetables
- 🧅 10 cm green onion, minced
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- A dash of pepper
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil

- 1 g shredded seaweed

Mince the green onion.
Mix natto, natto sauce, and minced green onion in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Pour in the beaten eggs and cook until semi-set. Place the natto mixture in the center and fold the eggs around it to form an omelette.
Plate the omelette and garnish with shredded seaweed.
