ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main
- 🍚 200g cooked rice
- 🐟 50g minced tuna
- 1 pack natto
- 50g grated yam
- 30g mekabu seaweed
- 30g chopped kimchi
- 🧅 A pinch of chopped green onion
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp concentrated men tsuyu
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
ШАГИ
Grate the yam and roughly chop the kimchi.
Mix the men tsuyu and sesame oil in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Place the cooked rice in a bowl and top with minced tuna, natto, mekabu, grated yam, and chopped kimchi.
Add the egg yolk in the center and sprinkle chopped green onion. Serve with the sauce on the side.
