ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Noodles
- 90g dried soba noodles
Protein
- 80g thinly sliced beef
- 1/2 pack natto
Vegetables
- 3cm nagaimo, cut into sticks
- 3 okra
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- to taste straight mentsuyu
ШАГИ
Slice the garlic thinly and cut nagaimo into 5mm sticks.
Remove the stem and calyx from okra, rub with salt, and rinse.
Boil water in a pot, cook soba noodles as per package instructions. Add okra 2 minutes before soba finishes cooking.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, add garlic slices, and fry until golden. Remove garlic.
Add beef to the pan and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add sake, soy sauce, and sugar to the pan, and simmer until the beef is coated.
Arrange soba, nagaimo, okra, natto, and beef in a bowl. Pour mentsuyu over the top.
