ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 200g firm tofu
- 1/2 stalk green onion, minced
- 3 shiitake mushrooms, minced
Cooking Oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning Mix
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 100ml water
Thickening Agent
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 1/2 tbsp water
ШАГИ
Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces. Mince shiitake mushrooms and green onion.
Mix all ☆ seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Mix ★ thickening ingredients in another bowl.
Heat half the sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add green onion and shiitake mushrooms, stir-frying until softened.
Add the seasoning mix and tofu to the pan. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 3–5 minutes. Add the starch mixture and cook until thickened.
Serve on a plate and drizzle with the remaining sesame oil.
