    • 🥔 2 potatoes (250g), cut into 8 pieces
    • 🥕 1/2 carrot (100g), cut into bite-sized pieces
    • 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced into 1cm wedges
    • 3 green beans, trimmed and cut into thirds
  • Oil

    • 1 tsp salad oil
  • Seasoning

    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 💧 150cc water

Cut potatoes into 8 pieces and soak in water. Drain. Cut carrot into bite-sized pieces. Slice onion into 1cm wedges. Trim green beans and cut into thirds.

Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ground meat and cook until color changes. Add potatoes, carrots, and onions, stirring until coated with oil.

Add seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, water) and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 8 minutes.

Add soy sauce and green beans. Increase to medium heat and cook for another 5 minutes.
