- 🐟 200g salmon fillet
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Coating
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
ШАГИ
Remove thick bones from salmon fillets and cut into 4 equal pieces.
In a bowl, mix salmon with marinade ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, ginger) and let sit for 10 minutes. Pat dry with paper towels.
Combine potato starch and flour in a tray, then coat the salmon pieces evenly.
Line a baking tray with aluminum foil, brush with half the vegetable oil, place coated salmon pieces, and drizzle remaining oil. Bake in a toaster oven for about 7 minutes until cooked through.
