Fish
- 🐟 150g sashimi-grade tuna
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Condiments
- 🥪 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- To taste tonkatsu sauce
Breading
- 🍞 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
Oil
- 2 tbsp salad oil
ШАГИ
Slice the tuna into thin pieces about 1cm thick and season with salt and pepper. Place the tuna and mayonnaise into a bag and massage well.
Add breadcrumbs into the bag and massage until the tuna is fully coated.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the coated tuna and cook until golden brown on one side. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
