ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 🐙 150g boiled octopus
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion (white part)
- 🍅 8 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp olive oil
Marinade
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp yuzu pepper
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
ШАГИ
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces. Peel the cucumber in stripes and cut it into irregular chunks.
Cut the green onion into 2cm lengths. Remove the stems from cherry tomatoes and make shallow cross cuts on the opposite side.
Heat olive oil in a pan and grill the green onion over low heat until browned.
Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
Combine the octopus, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and grilled green onion with the marinade. Chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes before serving.
