ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Seafood
- 🐙 150g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 30g pitted black olives
- 🍅 1 tomato, 200g
- 🥒 1 zucchini
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 50cc white wine
- 100cc water
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, to taste
ШАГИ
Cut the tomato into bite-sized pieces after removing the stem. Mince the garlic and slice the zucchini into 1cm thick rounds.
Slice the boiled octopus into 1.5cm wide pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pot over low heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the octopus, zucchini, and black olives to the pot and stir until coated with oil.
Add the tomato, white wine, water, salt, and pepper. Stir and bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for 15–20 minutes.
Serve in a dish and garnish with chopped parsley.
