    • 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g)
    • 2 shiso leaves

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce

    • 1 tbsp salad oil

Slice the shiso leaves thinly. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and microwave them with 1 tbsp water for 3 minutes at 600W. Drain the water.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add the potatoes and stir-fry for 3 minutes, then add the octopus and stir until coated with oil.

Add sake and soy sauce, stir briefly, then add butter and mix until melted.

Serve on a plate and garnish with shiso leaves.
