- 🐙 120g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato (200g)
- 2 shiso leaves
Seasonings
- 2 tsp white dashi
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
ШАГИ
Cut the tomato in half lengthwise and remove the stem. Slice into 6 wedges and then cut each wedge in half horizontally. Thinly slice the shiso leaves after removing the stems.
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the white dashi, vinegar, and olive oil in a bowl. Add the octopus and tomato, then toss to combine.
Plate the dish and garnish with the sliced shiso leaves.
