ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Rice
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Seafood
- 🐙 150g boiled octopus
Spices
- 2 slices thinly sliced ginger
Liquid
- 💧 Water as needed
Seasoning
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
ШАГИ
Cut the boiled octopus into 5mm slices.
Julienne the ginger into thin strips.
Add soaked rice, sake, mentsuyu, and water to the rice cooker up to the 2-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice.
Place the octopus and ginger on top of the rice and cook using the normal rice setting.
Once cooked, gently mix the rice to combine all ingredients.
