Thinly slice the burdock root diagonally, then cut into thin strips. Soak in water and drain.

Pat the oil-fried tofu with a paper towel to remove excess oil. Cut in half along the shorter side, then slice into 1cm-wide strips along the longer side.

Layer the oil-fried tofu, canned tuna, and burdock root in a microwave-safe container. Add the seasonings (soy sauce and chicken stock powder) and mix. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
