ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetables
- 1 pack (100g) okahijiki
- 1/4 yellow bell pepper, sliced
Dairy
- 🧀 64g cream cheese (4 pieces)
Soy Products
- 150g silken tofu (1/2 block)
Condiments
- 1 tbsp concentrated mentuyu sauce
- 🥫 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
ШАГИ
Slice the yellow bell pepper thinly. Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper and microwave it in a heatproof container at 600W for 1.5 minutes.
Cut the okahijiki into bite-sized pieces. Place it in a heatproof container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
Combine the microwaved okahijiki, tofu, cream cheese, mentuyu sauce, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper in a bowl. Mash and mix thoroughly, then add the sliced bell pepper and toss to combine.
