- 100g okahijiki
- 🧅 1/8 onion, thinly sliced

- 🐟 1 pack smoked salmon

Dressing
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
ШАГИ
Cut the okahijiki into bite-sized pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Thinly slice the onion and cut the smoked salmon into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all the dressing ingredients (olive oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper) in a container. Arrange the okahijiki, onion, smoked salmon, and lemon on a plate, then drizzle with the dressing.
