ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 🍗 200g minced chicken (thigh)
Vegetables
- 🧅 15cm minced green onion
Condiments
- 🍙 6 sheets seasoned seaweed
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
ШАГИ
Finely chop the green onion.
In a bowl, mix minced chicken, green onion, and seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, potato starch, grated ginger) until sticky. Divide into 6 portions and shape into onigiri-like forms. Attach seasoned seaweed to each piece.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the shaped meatballs in the pan and cook until browned. Flip them over, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 4 minutes to ensure they are fully cooked.
