  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
    • 💧 100cc water

Pour the beaten eggs into the pan, cover, and cook over low-medium heat until the eggs reach your desired consistency.
