ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Seafood
- 🦪 6 oysters (90g)
Vegetables
- 1/2 pack bok choy (100g)
- 🥕 1/4 carrot (40g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 1 piece ginger
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Flour
- 1/2 tbsp flour
Seasoning
- 💧 100cc water
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Thickening Agent
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1/2 tbsp water
ШАГИ
Wash oysters 2–3 times, pat dry, and coat with flour.
Cut bok choy into 4cm pieces and quarter the roots. Slice carrot thinly into 1cm strips. Mince garlic and ginger.
Heat salad oil with garlic and ginger in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add bok choy and carrot, stir-fry over medium heat until softened, then push to the side.
Add oysters to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Add water, chicken stock, salt, and pepper, then simmer for 3 minutes. Stir in cornstarch slurry to thicken.
