- 🦪 8 oysters (120g)
Vegetables
- 🍄 6 mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Cooking Essentials
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp white wine
Seasoning
- 🍅 200g canned tomatoes
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp consomme
ШАГИ
Wash the oysters 2–3 times, pat dry, and coat with flour.
Cut mushrooms in half, slice onion into wedges, and mince garlic.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add mushrooms and onion, and sauté over medium-low heat until softened.
Add white wine, cover the pan, and steam over low heat for about 3 minutes.
Add canned tomatoes, salt, pepper, and consomme. Mix well, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 5–6 minutes. Add oysters and cook for 3–4 minutes until done.
