ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Seafood
- 🦪 150g shucked oysters
Vegetables
- 100g chopped shungiku
- 🍄 100g enoki mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 stalk sliced green onion
Seasoning
- Potato starch, as needed
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 100ml water
ШАГИ
Separate shungiku leaves and stems. Chop the leaves and slice the stems diagonally. Trim the enoki mushrooms and separate them. Slice the green onion diagonally.
Wash oysters gently in salted water, changing the water as needed. Pat dry and coat with potato starch.
Heat the seasoning mixture (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and water) in a pot. Once boiling, add oysters, enoki mushrooms, and green onion. Simmer over medium-low heat for 2 minutes until enoki softens.
Add shungiku and simmer for another minute.
