ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main
- 🍗 300g chicken thigh
- 🧅 1 scallion, cut into 3cm pieces
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
ШАГИ
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and scallion into 3cm lengths.
Marinate the chicken with sake, salt, and pepper for 10 minutes.
Skewer the chicken and scallion alternately onto bamboo skewers.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and cook the skewers over medium heat with a lid on until the chicken is cooked through.
Remove the lid, add the sauce ingredients, and simmer until the skewers are coated in the thickened sauce.
