ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Seaweed
- 🌿 200g dried seaweed
Oil
- 50ml perilla oil
Seasoning
- 🧄 50g minced garlic
- 200ml soy sauce
- 200ml fish sauce
- 300g ground perilla seeds
ШАГИ
Soak dried seaweed in water until softened, then rinse thoroughly.
Drain the seaweed and chop it into smaller pieces.
Heat perilla oil in a pot, add the chopped seaweed and minced garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add water to the pot and simmer for 30 minutes to create a thicker consistency.
Add ground perilla seeds and bring the soup to a boil. Season with soy sauce and fish sauce.
Serve the soup hot in bowls.
