ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Fish
- 🐟 150g sashimi-grade salmon
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion (200g), thinly sliced
- 🌿 2 sprigs chopped parsley
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of black pepper
Pickling Ingredients
- 50cc vinegar
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey

Cut the onion in half vertically, remove the core, and slice thinly. Rinse in water and drain. Sprinkle with salt and massage until softened. Squeeze out excess moisture. Place in a storage bag with vinegar and honey, mix lightly, and refrigerate for 2 hours. Reserve 3 tbsp of the pickling liquid.
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp of the reserved pickling liquid with sugar, salt, olive oil, and black pepper. Add the salmon, pickled onion, and parsley, and toss gently.
