ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Dumpling Wrappers
- 11 dumpling wrappers
Meat
- 100g ground pork
Vegetables
- 1/4 bunch green onion, chopped
- 5 shiso leaves, sliced
- 2 myoga, finely chopped
- 1/2 pack kaiware, cut into 1cm pieces
Seasonings
- 2 tsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Dipping Sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp concentrated mentuyu
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp ground sesame
ШАГИ
Chop green onion, slice shiso leaves, finely chop myoga, and cut kaiware into 1cm pieces.
Mix dipping sauce ingredients (★) with 1/3 of the chopped green onion in a bowl.
Combine ground pork, remaining green onion, shiso leaves, myoga, kaiware, and seasonings (☆) in a bowl. Knead until sticky.
Place filling on dumpling wrappers, wet edges with water, and fold in half to seal.
Boil water in a pot, add dumplings, cook on medium heat until they float, then simmer for 2 minutes. Serve with dipping sauce.
