ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 4 stalks asparagus, peeled and sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
ШАГИ
Trim the asparagus ends, peel the lower halves, and slice diagonally into quarters.
Season the pork with salt and pepper and massage it lightly.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add pork, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add asparagus and stir until coated with oil, then cover and steam for 1–2 minutes.
Add the sauce ingredients and stir-fry until well combined.
