ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 🐖 150g pork shoulder (thick cut)
Vegetables
- 🍄 3 shiitake mushrooms
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
- 1/2 bamboo shoot (boiled)
Condiments
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
Grains
- 🍚 3 cups glutinous rice (washed)
ШАГИ
Cut pork into cubes, and dice shiitake mushrooms, carrot, and bamboo shoot into 1cm pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add carrot, shiitake mushrooms, and bamboo shoot, and continue stir-frying.
Add sake, sugar, soy sauce, and chicken stock powder. Stir briefly, then separate the mixture into solids and liquid. Let them cool.
Place glutinous rice, the cooled liquid, and water (up to the 3-cup sticky rice mark) into a rice cooker. Add the cooked ingredients on top and cook.
