ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Wrapper
- 8 sheets spring roll wrappers
Meat
- 100g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
Condiments
- 80g kimchi
Cheese
- 60g shredded pizza cheese
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil for frying
- Enough salad oil for deep frying
Binding
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp water
ШАГИ
Slice the bell peppers into thin strips after removing seeds and pith.
Heat 1 tbsp salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the pork until its color changes, then add bell peppers and kimchi. Stir until coated with oil and set aside to cool.
Place the cooled mixture and 1/8 portion of shredded pizza cheese onto each spring roll wrapper. Roll tightly and seal the edges with a mixture of flour and water. Repeat for all wrappers.
Heat salad oil to 170°C in a pan, enough to cover 2cm depth. Fry the rolls for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
