Meat
- 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 3 bell peppers
- 1 eggplant
Oil
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning for Pork
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Combined Seasoning
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp chili paste
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sake
ШАГИ
Mix sliced pork with sake, soy sauce, cornstarch, and grated garlic in a bowl. Massage and let sit for 5 minutes. Cut bell peppers and eggplant into bite-sized pieces.
Combine ketchup, mayonnaise, miso, chili paste, sugar, and sake in a container to make the seasoning sauce.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add eggplant and stir-fry until softened. Add bell peppers and stir until coated with oil, then remove from the pan.
Add pork to the frying pan and stir-fry until the color changes and fully cooked. Return the vegetables to the pan, add the seasoning sauce, and stir-fry until well combined.
