    • 🐖 200g sliced pork
  • Vegetables

    • 🥬 200g cabbage, chopped
    • 🍄 100g maitake mushrooms
    • 100g bean sprouts

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 600cc water
  • Seasonings

    • 🧂 1 tsp sugar
    • 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
    • 1 tsp grated ginger
    • 3 tbsp miso

Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and separate the maitake mushrooms into smaller chunks.

In a pot, add sake and water, and heat over medium heat. Once boiling, add the pork and cook until the meat changes color. Skim off any foam.

Add the seasonings (sugar, dashi powder, ginger, and miso), cabbage, maitake mushrooms, and bean sprouts. Bring to a boil again, cover, and simmer on low heat for 3–5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
